Jul 24, 2014 python - Custom OpenVPN client does not receive TLS I open UDP socket in Python and with Scapy I define my own OpenVPN layer on top of UDP (according to OpenVPN specs) and send packets on it (just like original client would). I am able to successfully send initial P_CONTROL_HARD_RESET_CLIENT_V2 message and receive response from server, which is P_CONTROL_HARD_RESET_SERVER_V2 , then I send P_ACK Connect to an OpenVPN server from an Azure Cloud Service I have a few machines on my office that can connect to a server that uses OpenVPN (UDP), given its .ovpn file. I'm also able to connect to that same server from my personal computer, which is in another network. I'm also able to connect to that server from a clean Azure VM running Windows Server 2012, that I just created to test this. OpenVPN Client, Server, Multi Subnet - so so confused p_control_hard_reset_client_v2 Where does that appear? Is there anything in the pfSense OpenVPN server logs, indicating at least that a client connect has arrived? Is there anything in the Firewall logs with dropped packets to 1194? Is the allow rule for port 1194 on the WAN rules tab? (Got to ask, just in case there is a plain old dumb error)
