I am not a sky customer, but was looking to get sky go, is this possible ? I can see that you've been through the troubleshooting steps already, from the post you've made. Have you tried running the App on a different device, such as a phone or a tablet, and do you get the same issue? Also, something that can prevent the Sky Go app from working as intended is if the customer is using a VPN for their Internet security. I have entertainment and kids packages, cannot seem to get either, it says something about format being in HD and apparently I do not have this without upgrading. Can anyone help me with this?
